Council Meeting - Council meetings are always held on the Second Tuesday of each month, unless noted.
ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Burning Hours
Open fires are permitted between the hours of 6:00 am to 8:00 am and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm only

Clark Borough Annual Yard Sales are always the 1st Saturday in August, from 9am-3pm.

Clark Social Hall
 

The Clark Social Hall is a beautiful facility with a complete commercial kitchen for planning your next party, wedding or commercial event. 

We have 30 tables (8’ rectangle), which can seat 6 to 8, allowing up to 160 guests.

We do not supply tableware, cookware or serving dishes.

A commercial-size refrigerator and stove are available for use. 

The Social Hall is available for rent any weekend or weekday.


***EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2023***
The fees for renting the Social Hall are as follows:

  • Party - $180.00 PLUS a refundable $50.00 deposit for a total of $230.00
  • Wedding - $350.00 PLUS a refundable $50.00 deposit for a total of $400.00
  • Commercial Event - $350

***The $50.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required for all Rentals upon booking and can be forfeited pending any damages/no shows/non-payment***

Henderson Memorial Park -

The park closes at dusk, so ALL park functions must adhere to these hours.

Shelter #1 - 11 tables are available for this shelter (located nearest to parking lot). 8 of the tables are under the pavilion. The fee to rent this Shelter is $50.00

Shelter #2 - 11 tables are available for this shelter (located at rear of park). 8 of the tables are under the pavilion.  The fee to rent this Shelter is $50.00

RESTROOMS ARE OPEN TO ALL PARK VISITORS.
