Council Meeting - Council meetings are always held on the Second Tuesday of each month, unless noted.
ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Burning Hours
Open fires are permitted between the hours of 6:00 am to 8:00 am and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm only

Clark Borough Annual Yard Sales are always the 1st Saturday in August, from 9am-3pm.  One-Way traffic is enforced.

  
Meeting Schedule

Council meets the SECOND Tuesday of every month at the Clark Borough Building, 2798 Winner Road, Clark, PA at 6:00 pm unless specifically specified below or changed by advertisement/public notice.  

NOTICE: Every even year is a re-organization meeting in which the meeting is mandatory to be held on the FIRST MONDAY of that year as follows:
